We have rented from Waters several times. The only reason our first experience was positive was because we were not in need of any repairs. This time they refused to fix anything except when our safety was in question they drug their feet and did the cheapest job possible. I figured a property owner would want to maintain their investment but this is not the case with Waters. Their properties are going to the dogs for lack of repair.
