No Stars From Me! I called on a Monday with a fairly rushed large bus tow job. I gave the Manager on Duty Lisa all the details I could. She asked the address, and I told her. I also mentioned that I was looking at a photo of the location, in which she could clearly see the logistics we'd be dealing with on the tow, on google maps. She said she'd look and get back to me with pricing. This was about 10 in the morning. I hadn't heard from her by about 3, so I called again. She's out, I was told, so I left a message. 4:45 p.m. came, and I still hadn't heard. So I called again- she's gone for the day.
