I called Roto-Rooter at 9:00 am on a Sunday with a leaking water heater and within a few hours I had the technician, John Jaynes, show up , We had our quote within minutes and was told that he could have a replacement the same day. I was very impress by his knowledge and professionalism and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
