I was beyond disappointed with Sounds Unlimited. They were very passive before our event and our actual DJ played not one of our requests. When asked 3 times to change the music, he simply ignored the request. We ended up going outside our venue and hanging out (that should have been a clue). After I wrote Sounds Unlimited an email and never hear back. Bad customer service!
