We used Mr. Bertoli’s service 3 times for water heater replacements in 3 houses. We are satisfied each time by his service men’s professional job. Not only had they showed up on time, the 2-men team was also extremely efficient and skillful demonstrating their years’ experiences. The total cost based on the whole job including disposing the old tank was reasonable. We really appreciate their professionalism and courteous manner.
