Got a recommendation from a real estate agent for this company. After hiring them for their services, I definitely do not recommend them to others. Their customer service team in their office is always rude and short on the phone with me and act as though I'm interrupting their day when I call. They were 1 hour and 45 minutes late for the install of my furnace and I got no phone call to let me know they would be late or that they still planned on showing. When I called them to see if they were still coming, they had no idea what time they would be there and just said that the guy probably got a late start and then had to pick-up materials. Like I said before, I do not recommend this company to others.
