My mother who is 86 and myself have been dealing with Lakewood Applicance for years. It is the only applicance store we will deal with. Professional, personal, friendly, bend over backwards to help us with our needs and are always up front on costs. Seems to be alot of unhappiness about a ""trip"" charge. Well, I guess you would have to own a small business to understand the costs of keeping your doors open especially in these trying times. I'm sure no one has a magic wand that would be able to see what is wrong with your appliance until they see or hear the issue. Appliances are not coming out of the factory like they used to. Remember when your refrigerator would last 20 years? Not anymore! Lakewood Appliance has served us well over these years and we will continue to use them and give them a fabulous recommendation to anyone who is needing a new appliance or repair.
