I'm a patient there. My nephrologist Dr. Juan Gonzalez is a very good doctor and Xenia is a very nice medical assistant!!\r
The front desk staff and Sonna Pham - the nurse and manager-are rude and very unprofessional. It seems like they are very unhappy working there and they treat the patients like we were responsible for their unhappiness. \r
When you ask them to talk to their supervisor, they get pretty defensive and try to confuse you providing you with unaccurate information on who you can complain to. I recommend Dr, Gonzalez but I wish I could see him in another location that its personel at least has good manners. Instead having the sign at the waiting room saying ""Please wait"" they should have a sign saying: ""Be aware of the dogs"" that would be more appropiate for them.
