In all my years using computer repair companies and other customer service outlets, I have never had the type of poor service that I received at Computer House. They disrespected me, lied about what services they were performing, and then physically damaged my computer.
They refused to acknowledge that they damaged my computer, demonstrated a general lack of knowledge of computer parts, and overcharged me for the ""services"" they provided.
There are a lot of computer repair shops out there. For your sake, please do not use this company.
