Bottom Line, I would not recommend using this Home Depot's Kitchen department for any home owner. They were great through the design process but as soon as we ordered the service dropped and we were left to fend for ourselves. We chose to have Home Depot complete the install of our cabinets and the first set of sub-contractors pushed us to someone else because they didn't have time for us. Thank goodness, the couple that we got were great and did an awesome job with our installation. However, the countertop contracters did not even have our order even though we had already paid for it. The Home Depot staff made no attempt to help us and again we were forced to coordinate with the contractor for everything, which has delayed our kitchen remodel significantly. \r

The kitchen staff is great through the ordering process but don't expect much support beyond that. If you do choose to buy through them, be your own contractor because you will end up doing the work anyways.
