This was our second visit to Hiroshi's. The time previous to this visit, was about 7 years ago.The restaurant has ample dining space, limited parking, but a great location from Fremont. Anyway, the service was good, but not great. They did not come back to fill our water glasses. The Dragon roll was drenched in some type of sauce and ugh...very, very salty. It also arrived as a sloppy put-together sushi roll. For that same price, I've been to plenty of sushi restaurants that can make the roll actually look presentable. The prices are competitive, but for the quality, I would say their prices should be lowered.
