No stars. Not at all. I nearly called the police after dealing with Kate. I called to ask if I could come in to talk to Kate, and she agreed, so I showed up when I told her I would, and asked her if I could see the lease before putting down a deposit in Money Order form. She got really defensive. I told her I was just being cautious. She told me I need to schedule an appointment if I wanted to do anything other than pay her. That seemed scary. I told her I wasn't comfortable going forward with the lease unless she talked this through with me, and I wasn't comfortable withthe way she was talking to me, while I was being nice and not asking much, certainly nothing out of the ordinary. I told her I read bad reviews about the her on here, and needed to meet with her in person. I also asked her why people couldn't reach her easily by phone, as mentioned here. She said it's because she's busy with other clients all day long. I said, ""ok, but I'm paying you a lot of money, hence I'm also a client and will need access to you"". She threw my application on the floor in front of me and literally said ""SCREW YOU! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU ON THIS PROPERTY AGAIN"". I've reported her to the BBB and have consulted an attorney over her handling of the situation. There was a lot of screaming and swear words from her side that completely caught me off-guard, because I wasn't there to start a fight. Not even close. Honestly. not someone you want to deal with...because she will NOT deal with you. She's completely not receptive...something is obviosuly upsetting her that goes far beyond anything to do with you.
