Where to begin?!? Excellent customer service is rare, and when I find it, I want to tell everyone. I was a brand new client, so I was nervous. After three years of unpleasant salon experiences in Austin, I had truly given up hope. Justin listened, shared his thoughts and ideas, and offered the perfect mix of professionalism and kindness. As I waited for my hair to process, I received a complimentary hand massage, introductions from the esthetician and the massage therapist, as well as a tranquil spa environment. It was so relaxing and zen. When my hair was finished, I felt great!! Justin helped me select some products to tame my mane and I immediately scheduled another appointment with him. The manager introduced herself to me and even followed up with me via e-mail to ask about my visit. I have found a wonderful salon and spa as well as a talented stylist.
