I discovered this company on Living Social to receive a hour massage and a chiropractic consultation for $35...GREAT DEAL...WRONG!!! Unfortunately, this place had a separate appointment book for ""Living Social"" customers which happened to be a 3 month waiting list. So for $35 I waited from June to September and on the day of my visit found out I was never scheduled. When I asked what could have happened the RUDE receptionist told me I need to call the other locations to find my appointment. Then proceeded to tell me that she didn't have time to give me the numbers or help me resolve this matter even after I asked if it were possible to reschedule for another time that week. After this poor customer service and terrible attitude I contacted Living Social for a refund. Broadway Chiropractic & Wellness will NEVER get my business or referrals from me.
