I purchased two pairs of glasses from this store recently. I came in since they had a 2 for 1 special. I ordered anti-glare and anti-reflective coating for both pairs. Well it doesn't work, and when I came in to show them the glare and reflection I was getting on my new glasses they tried to upsell me on more anti-glare/anti-reflect coatings with no guarantee that it would work any better than what was on there already. Only after much discussion do they admit that the coatings they use just ""reduce"" glare or reflection, it doesn't eliminate it. Never had a problem with glare or reflection when I purchased glasses from a COMPETITOR'S store in the past. Of course this store won't tell you that BEFORE you purchase it. Know what you are getting into before you buy anything from this store.
