I have seen a staff member grab a dog by the ears there. My dog used to enjoy his old daycare place quite a bit. When it was time to go to playful paws in the morning, he'd whine, cry and try to scuttle away. They have a lot of pitbulls. The staff was rude at worst and barely tolerable at best. They do not open at 6 am, which was their main selling point to me in the first place, they open 10 minutes late every single morning. After 3 weeks of being late to work, I finally had enough. Any other options would be preferable to this place.
