Leslie, at the front desk, is very helpful and friendly, however, she cannot begin to makeup for the extremely rude, incompetent Rhonda. Not only is she rude, she has no idea how to process the insurance information. My guess is she needs to be rude to hide behind the fact that she has no idea what she's doing.
