I think the exterior and interior of the apartments are great.
However, we have had problems since we moved in.
Half the stuff does not work and when we moved in not only was the place filthy, but we asked 4 times ..FOUR TIMES for someone to come in and clean. If anything, they vacuumed and that was it. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and get on our hands and knees to scrub the place. The staff is just terrible. Just about as dumb as they come. The other day I got locked out of the apartment because my electronic key all of a sudden did not work. It was 6:30 in the morning and I was standing outside banging on the window of the main lobby hoping a cleaning lady would let me in. That afternoon, I went to get another key and the man in the office was like ''oh yeah, they don't work..'' i said i know that sir, but i need to get another one..he goes , ''oh, that will cost you''..i said what, the key does not work, so i need one that does and i am not going to pay..he said ''oh well if you want another key its extra''...i said when the heck will the key that i already paid for start working again and he literally held his hands up and shrugged his shoulders and said ''dunno''. Now I cannot work out because my electronic key does not work out and he does not know when it will get fixed. The password is written on the gate so anyone and everyone can just come on in as they please. I just got a notice in the door for break ins the other day.
This place is an absolute joke.
They need to hire someone with a brain and knows what the heck they are doing.
