Rand's was a very pleasant surprise. As the son of an auto garage repair shop owner who worked in my father's garage, it has been difficult to find a good auto repair shop. Rand's is exceptional from every aspect; honesty, service orientation, caring, technical expertise, perseverance without excessive labor costs, etc. My only concern is that by posting this, the secret will be out.
