I totally agree with the last review. I literally just got off of the phone with them and the lady was so rude (although there is another one who is very nice I will say)! We've brought our pet to this place for two years now and have been totally shocked by the his demeanor and pricing! I recently brought our pet in to be checked out as he had it coming out of both ends and I truly believe that he just filled him up with all of those different shots and prescribed two different medications to jack up his bill! My poor pup was also bleeding for a day after he shoved an inoculating loop up his rear VERY harshly! KayB is right about the eye contact too! If you try to ask a question he acts as if you're a moron and doesn't even answer you. Guess what, Countryside? You've just lost TWO customers!
