People are always looking for a good, honest mechanic, right? Well, here's your crew! We ended up losing a transmission line on 96 ( going 70 mph and 1.5 hours from home! YUCK) outside of Grand Rapids and chose East Beltline because they turned up such high recommendations on our Google search. We were so grateful for them. The tow truck came immediately and arranged for us ( including my 2 yr old daughter) to get back to the shop where they set in immediately working on our car. Ryan ( the manager) was up front and honest. He takes a genuine interest in his clients and will go the extra mile for them. His staff is wonderful. Rebecca not only helped get us get going again ASAP, she helped to entertain my two year old daughter. We were treated with respect and honesty by everyone we encountered and I only wish that East Beltline was closer. They would be our number one " go to " shop with out a doubt!
