DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS SALON!!! (The products are great and you can buy them for 2/3 of the price at a beauty supply store -just search for one in ur neighborhood- COSTCO also carries their stuff) The staff is the rudest and most prenetious EVER. I gave them 3 tries for the benefit of the doubt and now realize that I wasted my money. My first time there was satisfactory- pretty good cut and style, though my stylist was rude, innattentive and snotty. (I did learn a few things about styling my hair though) The 2nd time the stylist spent more time telling me how she had no time to cut and style my hair than actually doing anything to my hair. She was rude and completely inattentive. I got a half haircut, then a wash, then the SHAMPOO person set my hair. It came out heavy, limp, frizzy and with NO volume and my only request was that I have volume.
