Recently I had an appointment with a stylist named Melissa, who I was told had an availability and could get me in right away. I now know why she had availability, she's obviously inexperienced and does not have clients. When I got an appointment I assumed that I would be getting a top notch stylist who would give me what people come to expect from The Bob Shop - Great Hair, Amazing Talent, Professional Attire and Exceptional Customer Service, However I received NON OF IT! I asked for simple layering in my haircut and advice on what to do for my color. I left with big gaps in the layers and what looked like someone had hacked away at my bangs. In the beginning we talked about color and I knew something was wrong when she gave me advice that was exactly the opposite of what every other stylist had given me before so I decided to just have her do the haircut. I will Never go back to the Bob Shop again, its disappointing 'cause so many friends have said nice and wonderful things about this salon, they've obviously been to other stylists there who know what their doing. I was way too shocked and embarrassed to complain right then because she seemed really frustrated when I questioned her about the cut. In the end I went to another reputable salon and had it fixed, they told me i should at the least call the manager and complain.\r
