If you would like to order food from a place and be called ""an a**hole"" by the waiter, then eat here.
I ordered a sandwich for lunch for takeout, as I work nearby, and the estimate I was given was '10 minutes.' I got there in about 10 minutes and was told that it wasn't ready yet. I waited another 10 minutes, and when I asked again why it was taking so long, I was told that the time estimate was wrong because they had a catering order ahead of mine.
When I asked why that wasn't taken into account in the original estimate of ""10 minutes"", the guy said he was ""busy running around."" There was 1 table with people at it and the rest of the restaurant was empty (it was 4:30pm). So when I asked him how he could be so busy with only 1 table of customers, he said I was ""being an a**hole.""
I told him he had no customer service skills, to which he got defensive and NEVER ONCE apologized for calling me an a**hole. I refused to take the sandwich, which was ready by that point, and I walked out the door.. I will NEVER eat there again and recommend that you don't either...unless being called an a**hole is your idea of good customer service.
