I just moved out of a house that I was leasing from them for 2 years. They did come and fix almost every problem expcept for the emergency call that I made at 11 PM about the smoke dectectors/alarm would not stop going off for 40 mins. They told me to cut the wire and they would come and fix it but no one showed. \r
Now for the move out part. They charged me $187 for the smoke dectector issue. Also when I moved in the weeds in the backyard were above my head (Im 6' tall). I mowed and weeded the day before I surrendered the house and they charged me $225 for landscaping. Also on top of that I asked them what color paint so I can do the touch up and they said that they did not know the color. I brought in 3 different samples to home depot but never was able to get the right match. They charged me $400 for this. I think these companies are getting rediculous with how much they charge for these so called repairs. \r
PS. They were showing my house when I was still living there and left my front door unlocked. When I emailed them about it I never got a response.\r
