If it looks like a rat, if it acts like a rat, if it smells like a rat-it is a rat. This office is terribly disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. How can anyone this disorganized be a recruiter and identify candidates to appropriate employers. Nancy is a bitter old lady who does not have the skills to properly assess a candidate. Her priority is making money on finding candidates who fit the cookie cutter image on paper, of what she imagines an employer wants. This office will give you the round about but I doubt after meeting with Nancy, that quality employers want anyone that is associated with this agency. Obviously, she caters to the lowest of the classes.
