Inside Out is an amazing studio that practices classical Pilates, allowing you to have a deep and challenging work out without getting flustered or injured by moving in an unsafe manner. I have been attending mat classes at IOBT for 6 months and I'm addicted. I live in Raleigh and haven't been able to find a studio that gives me such a good work out - body and mind. Every time I leave IOBT I'm in a GREAT mood and my body is so happy. I can tell that along with making my muscles stronger and leaner, my classes at IOBT improve my mood and posture. The staff teaches in a way that allows you to focus on the way Pilates can affect your body, not on the way the rest of the class is moving. IOBT also offers a range of classes, unlike other studios which may offer ""all levels"" classes, IOBT focuses on where YOU are in the process, really teaching you how to correctly flow through the exercises and get the most out of your workout. I highly recommend IOBT!! :)
