After years of treatment by Dr.Stubbs, when he decided to close his practice, he did not have the professional courtesy to notify me he would no longer provide me with medical service. Furthermore, in recent years, the staff at Ga. Eye Institute were neither efficient, consumer-friendly, nor available by telephone. Consumers, don't use Georgia Eye Institute in Savannah.
