I've never had any bad experiences at Carytown Burger and Fries. Folks have always been nice and helpful.
The place is a ""joint"" so don't expect white linen.
That said, it's the best burger joint in the area. The burgers are great. I think they're much better than 5 Guys and I think they're a little less expensive (not to mention local, not a national chain).
The onion rings are excellent, but the fries can be a little soggy. My favorite Richmond burger joint. Recommended!
