Be Careful in dealing with Advanced Surfacing for concrete work. Based on our recent experience (Aug 2010) their written proposals are not worth the paper they are written on. They tried to inflate the stamped concrete patio project price by 25% at last minute by claiming they had overlooked something that was actually listed in their proposal. If this is the way they try to do business at front end we can only guess how they would try to jerk the custmer around once the project has started. We walked away - You should Be Careful!
