Before today, we actually liked Clip-N-Dip and took our dog there often. They do a great job grooming our Westie, he always looked very nice when we picked him up. Today, however, was a different story. We were told to drop him off at 7:30AM, which my fiance did, and then went to school. I was at work. My fiance recieved one phone call at 11AM telling us the dog was ready. Ok, great! We'll pick him up when we are available. BUT he then recieved another phone call about an hour later , that was VERY rude, telling us that ""SOMEONE needs to come pick up our dog because he's barking too much!"" Really? Sorry, didn't realize you ran the ""silent"" dog grooming company.
