I was going to Dr Smhmunk for 4 years before I finally decided I couldn't deal with his rude staff any longer. They are extremely disorganized and hateful. Especially the office manager which doesn't even have the common decently to show her face in the waiting room. When I asked to see her they said she was at lunch. So I waited. An hour passed, still at lunch. All the while I had staff immaturely peeking out to see if I was still waiting. I had a very important question about billing and I need an answer which the staff could not provide. So I left and I called and guess what? The office manager was there! Hmmm sounds like a real professional office, right? Anyways, I love Dr Smuhmunk and I really wish my pets could still see him but I refuse to deal with the unprofessional, immature and down right ridiculous people he has running his business. I'm sure if he knew what they were doing he would not be pleased.
