This company took 5 days to return my phone call to schedule an appointment. Then they gave me a two hour time slot for my inspection. They never showed up for the inspection, so I wasted time off of work waiting for them. They didn?t even call to tell me they would be late or were not coming. I emailed their customer service shortly after they didn?t show up for the inspection. No one ever contacted me from customer service. I recommend using Triangle Pest Control or ANY other pest control company. Don?t put the safety of your home in the hands of a company that lacks attention to detail.
