I have been a client of CLAH for at least 5 years and have been only been treated with the highest respect not only from the staff but from the veterinarians there. They are always willing to wait or come in for me for emergencies during the emergency times and I have gotten only the best care. They are most willing to refer you to a specialist if you feel that is what is needed and will assist you in seeing them asap. If you have a problem, it is just like any other business, if the people in charge are not aware there is a problem, it cannot be corrected. I personally feel the bad review was given because this client did not follow up with what they felt was a problem. If a purchase is a problem and everything else is good, that really is a slim excuse for changing veterinarians. Vets are like your personal doctors, you have to have confidence and feel at ease with THEM to be happy in a practice. All my experiences have been high quality.
