We have been going to Samena club for several years, because we have young kids and they love the pool. The staff there is so rude, it is beyond rude. If its older ladies at front, they look at you like you are bothering them. The younger ones really have no clue. The swim instructors are super young, the lessons are below average and packed. I dont like the way I am treated there, the staff does not care about complaints. If I could not go to Samena I would not go, but the kids like the water. I wish all the staff were just instantly replaced. ESPECIALLY the staff 'upstairs', I wandered up there once to get some help, and was treated very poorly.
