Bills are nearly impossible to understand, so you're never really sure what you're being charged. They charge you more upfront than you should owe after your insurance is applied and then you have to either leave the balance they owe you on your account or wait for a refund. They are totally inflexible and not the least bit caring. I was told the dentist doesn't care what goes on in the front office. She doesn't want to get involved with patient complaints. I wouldn't go back if they were the last dental practice in North Carolina.
