I too had a negative experience at the Clermont location. My son's regular office is the Ocoee location and they are the absolute BEST!! The doctors and staff are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I am usually always seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time and the physicians are very THOROUGH. My son is almost 4 years old and they have been his pediatrician since the day he was born. Unfortunately, one Friday evening he was very ill and since the Ocoee office is closed on Saturdays, they recommended I take him to the Clermont location. They were awful over there, I would have been better off taking my son to an Urgent Care Clinic.
