It's unfortunate, I had great hopes in this facility. Don't allow your pet to go without you to the back of the clinic. One of the front desk receptionists doesn't know how to handle a busy office, and is not very professional when under this type of stress. When I was finally put into an exam room it smelt horrible. I went back twice by choice; the other times weren't by choice. The back office staff does well and mistakes/accidents happen I get it; just don't allow your pet to go back without you.
