Absolutely no regard for pets, they only care about the money! My Aunt had a stroke and we had to cancel our vacation. We made our appointment on Monday for Friday night. I left a message on Thursday night to cancel the appointment for Friday. I followed up on Friday to make sure that they received my message and the conversation was nasty. The lady said, ""Oh, Yeah, that really stinks, thanks for leaving me with an open kennel on a holiday weekend."" Horrible customer service!!!
