My pump kept shutting off after an hour or so, and I had no idea why. I talked to Devin at the Ina and Thornydale location, and she told me I should bring it in to have it checked out. I brought it in, she tested it, and sure enough the motor was shot because of a seal failure. An hour later, she had a brand new motor and seal on it. She went above and beyond, and charged no labor!
Pros: Great service! Great staff!
Cons: The store is a little dingy.
