weve gone to htc compant before and have been really happy with the place,this time we went tried to set up an appt,and the artist(or so called artist)didnt want to draw up a cat and dog for me,and said it right in front of me,the place was dead no one in there,i guess the bad economy hasnt touched them and they can be rude to people,and didnt want our money.
so we talked to some locals that refered us to 808 tattoo in kaneohe,we went to set up an appt and the place was packed,the nice girl behind the counter said they didnt have any appts open for the day we wanted,but sent us to libra tattoos in the same complex,we went and talked to them they were friendly,and he didnt have a problem drawing me up what i wanted,my tattoo looks just like a painting a work of art ive only had it for 4 days now and already have had so many compliments,i highly recommend libra tattoos and i cant wait to go back next year and get something else
