made appointment for 2.30. they call back and change me to 3.00 so I wont need to wait. they said they where backed up. I get there at 2.55 I watched the old receptionist argue with one of the girls for at least 5 minutes as to who would take me. I ended up walking out. no even an apolgy from the old lady at the counter. would not recommend. July 2010
