The products sold at Sally Beauty Supply are professional grade within the reach of the public. The workers at the Westminster location however are professional @$$holes. Because I am not a certified stylist, all the products can become a bit overwhelming. You would think that you could ask an employee for help on getting some assistance on product information, but that?s not the case at this location. They ask if you need help while walking away not listening. Today I went to return an item that didn?t work and they treated me as if they were already determined not to help me, making rude remarks as to why it didn?t work. When I said that no one had told me the right product to pair with my purchase, she simply replied with, ?Well, you didn?t ask.? this being the same the girl that ?helped? me the previous day. What a bitch. I didn?t realize it was my job to automatically obtain the knowledge they should have. They told me to come in the next day and talk to their assistant manager, again to waste my time with their incompetence in customer service.
