My up-do was beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. However? my makeup left much to be desired. The makeup alone would be an F. Hers and His did not inform me until my artist was doing my makeup that their makeup artist had stopped working there, but they let someone who had never done makeup before do it. WTF? I had even called two days before to confirm the time, and they said nothing. I had several backup options that I could have called upon. We were able to fix what was wrong with the makeup in my bridal suite, but it was a total headache.
