Lived here for a year, and I am so happy to be out of there! When I moved in my A/C and hot water did not work for 3 days! Which from what I have heard from other tenants is an issue. The hallways are always dirty and the gates are always broken so anyone can walk in. The propane tanks for the grills are CONSTANTLY out, and all the amenities that they say they offer never happen...meet and greets etc. My electric and water bill were ungodly high! When I disputed one of the water bills that stated I owed $60, however I had already moved out they told me to take it up with the water company b/c they are sub metered. However, the water company told me that the apartment complex generates the bills they just report the usage. Trisha is the only honest employee there! The manager never wants to speak with you unless you are signing a lease or need to pay them! She will say anything to get you to sign the lease. For example, the DART will be done in March and doing test runs.. it is July and they are nowhere near test runs or that it is a Texas state law to have renters insurance...it is not! All in all this is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in and not worth the money or hassle!
Cons: Dirty, Smelly, and nothing that you pay for ever works!
