they were unfortunately dispatched as a warranty service call on my Samsung Washer. First, they completely fluffed the first appt and didn't show. When I called about it - the phone staff was rude and unhelpful. They had already received both an invoice from Albert Lee and the model/serial #s so it should have been CLEAR that they were stackable units, but even so - in the two calls I received before the guy showed up - he didn't ask. So when he shows up -he's shocked that they're stackable, and if I won't help him move them and take them apart - he won't work on them. Inexcusable.
