I signed up for dish network through CIT. I had to move across the street in 4 months and had to take the service with me because I signed a 2 yr contract. The apartment community in which I live is serviced only by CTI. Even though dish network allows 2 moves in a calendar year free of charge, CTI charged me $115. They did not mention this in the contract. The service tech (I think his name is Tim) was extremely rude and impolite. It was a year ago. Now, I am wondering if I need to file a consumer complaint against CTI. Stay away from CTI, you will be doing yourself a favor.
