Dr. Herman is a practical, no-nonsense guy and I have been going to them for years, with all kinds of pet problems. he doesn't sugar-coat things, especially when I haven't been up to date on the shots, but his get-to-the-point attitude is very useful when the bottom line is the issue. All vets are expensive and I think the grooming is definitely overpriced but I have no complaints.
