The first time I used this dry-cleaner, they did a great job on my husband's wool suits and cotton shirts, which are fabrics that don't require special care. However, when I took one of my expensive silk dresses, they tore some of the seems and straps. I would have been better off just gently washing it and steaming it myself than what they did. Thus, I would not recommend for delicate fabrics/clothing. Very disappointed.
