The business is very clean and I was excited to find a local service to wash my sleeping bags. I dropped off 2 queen size sleeping bags to be picked up the next day.\r
The attendent quoted me $10.00 each plus tax. Twelve dollars if they were down.\r

These bags weigh 6 lbs each. She took my phone number down and wrote up the ticket. I asked for a copy and she said I would get one the next day when I picked up the bags. She also mentioned I had to bring cash in because they don't take checks or credit cards for first time customers. Soooo I went to the bank and pulled out the cash. Went to pick up the bags and they were $40.00. Asked why and was told the owner thought they were 4 bags because the zippers went all around. No they are sold as one bag but didn't matter the owner who was not on the premises said $40.00 plus tax. She had apperantly used four machines so felt fine charging me the extra money. \r
I inquired what their commercial washing machines capacity was. Fify Five pounds. Hmmm not sure the reasoning behind using four machines was but ok.\r
I was pretty upset by the second trip to the ATM machine and was told if I wanted to I could talk to the owner/ manager the following day. Problem was I had to get them picked up so I could use them for a camping trip. When I did get the receipt the number 2 was overwritten with a 4 and to top it off they had my phone number and didn't bother to call me to ask if it was ok to charge me double! So just watch out and rember when you drop off your laundry if they feel like it they can charge you double and you will not get it back with out paying the hostage fee.\r

Just not good business practices and I would strongly urge anyone going there to reconsider.
